06: live in production

Work that's live, in production, and earning its keep

Real systems for real businesses: dispatch platforms, AI data tools, and service brands built end to end. Every project here is live; click through and check. No anonymized logos, no stock screenshots.

In flightShipping when the work earns it

Agentic orchestration for the jobsite.

A multi-agent operating system for a working general contractor. Estimator, coordinator, and briefing agents working in concert: bid prep, RFI routing, change-order tracking, and owner reporting handled by the system, so the PM stays in the field instead of buried in inboxes.

  • Estimator, coordinator, and briefing agents in one orchestrated team
  • Shared memory across every project, sub, and trade partner
  • Built around the workflows of a working GC, not a software demo
Questions operators actually ask
How do I know these projects are real?

Every system on this page is live. Click through to the client's site, use the product, call the business. We name clients, link the work, and show what's running today. If a studio won't do that, ask why.

What should a software development case study include?

Four things: the business problem, the approach taken, what actually shipped, and a measurable outcome. Logo grids with one-line blurbs hide thin involvement. Each study here covers all four.

Do you share metrics from client projects?

Where clients allow it, yes: call-answer rates, jobs booked, hours saved. Where numbers are confidential we describe the operational change instead, and you can verify it on an intro call.

Why only a handful of case studies instead of a hundred?

We're a small senior studio. Three deep, verifiable builds tell you more about how we work than 150 anonymized tiles. Depth over volume is the point.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Operators: service businesses, trades, and growth-stage companies that need systems that run, not decks. Dispatch, AI data platforms, customer portals, and the marketing built alongside them.

Can we talk to your past clients?

Yes. Tell us what you're building and we'll connect you with the client whose project is closest, usually before or right after the intro call.
