Custom systems for the river city’s working businesses.
Between the St. Johns River economy, a manufacturing base, and a downtown working its way back, Palatka businesses carry real operations on thin software. We build the custom platforms and AI automation that carry the load instead, remote-first, on-site when it counts.

River, mill, and Main Street
Putnam County’s economy is tangibly industrial: riverfront and marine services, manufacturing anchored by the paper mill, fishing and outdoor tourism around the Bass Capital, and a revitalizing downtown of family businesses. These are operations with real logistics: fleets, slips, schedules, work orders. When that runs on paper and memory, growth stalls; our work is turning it into systems.
Built for distance, present when needed
Palatka is the far edge of our in-person range (about 45 miles east), which is exactly why our remote-first model matters here. Screen-share working sessions, short calls, and systems that document themselves mean a Putnam County client gets the same senior attention as one in Gainesville, with on-site visits reserved for the moments they genuinely earn the drive.
Web & Platform Engineering
Custom web apps, customer portals, internal tools, and dashboards for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. Built and run by a senior studio.
PAL/0102.0Agentic & AI Engineering
We design, build, and operate custom AI agents, MCP tools, and workflow automation wired into your existing systems. Working automation, not AI hype.
PAL/02Live production systems (dispatch and AI data tooling) built for operations a lot like Putnam County’s.
Barefoot Towing
Entirely custom roadside assistance platform that revolutionized local emergency response with real-time GPS tracking, smart dispatch, and customer journey mapping.
Kutta
AI-powered data visualization platform transforming how businesses interact with their information.
Is Palatka inside your service area?
Yes, Putnam is one of the nine North Central Florida counties we serve, roughly 45 miles east of our Alachua studio via SR-20. Day-to-day work runs remotely; we schedule on-site sessions for kickoffs and anything that benefits from standing in the actual shop, yard, or marina.
What do you build for marine and river businesses?
Slip and rental scheduling, service work-order systems for boat yards, booking for guides and charters with deposits and weather-day handling, and AI phone agents that answer while you’re on the water. The pattern is the same as any field business: capture the job at first contact, schedule it once, invoice it without re-typing.
Can manufacturing or industrial operations use you?
For the software layer around operations, yes: internal tools, dashboards that surface production and maintenance numbers, intake and vendor portals, and integrations between systems that currently talk through exported spreadsheets. We’re not an ERP vendor. We build the custom connective tissue ERPs leave behind.
Does distance make you more expensive for Putnam County?
No. Remote engagements price identically regardless of county, and that’s how most of the work runs. On-site visits are an optional add-on quoted up front. In practice a Palatka client pays the same as a Gainesville one: distance costs windshield time, and we’ve engineered the windshield time out.
Our current website is a Facebook page. Where do we start?
Cleanly: a fast, properly structured site that says what you do, where you are, and how to book you, usually via the WebApp Starter’s flat monthly subscription so there’s no large upfront. From there, the phone agent and back-office tools attach to the same foundation as the business grows into them.
How do we know you’ll still answer after launch?
Because operating is the business model: hosting, monitoring, fixes, and improvements stay with us on an ongoing arrangement, and our case studies are all systems still running in production. Ask the question on the scoping call: we’ll show you live client systems, not screenshots.
